At GMETL, we provide accurate and reliable chemical analysis of Ferrous and Non-Ferrous Metals and Alloys using advanced CCD-Based Optical Emission Spectrometry (CCD-OES) technology. Optical Emission Spectrometry is a highly precise analytical technique used for the quantitative determination of metallic elements present in a sample. During testing, a controlled electrical spark is generated on the sample surface, causing atoms to become excited and emit light at characteristic wavelengths.

GMETL is equipped with an advanced Metal Power Metavision-1008i3 Optical Emission Spectrometer, designed for rapid and accurate analysis of a wide range of metallic materials. The instrument provides high-speed elemental analysis, accurate grade identification, and reliable quantitative chemical composition results with extensive material grade database support.
